There are several important improvements and bug fixes in this version, but for most users, the most significant improvement is implementation of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) subset.

Although CSS support in Arachne 1.70 is incomplete and experimental, it seems to be stable and can be used for simple document formating tasks and browser compatibility testing tasks.
